March Slow Food Evening: Building a Strong Local Food System

Our special guest for the March Slow Food Evening is Chris Hartman. Chris is making a major contribution to the development of a robust, local Rochester food system. Chris co-founded the South Wedge Farmer’s Market, a producer-only farmer’s market in the South Wedge, and the Good Food Collective, a distribution system that connects a large number of local farmers to interested consumers through a modified CSA structure.
